Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers (ASA) plans to hold a fourth exam for certification of appraisers in late September - early October, ASA executive office's head Amil Ismayilov said today.
"At present, courses on the appraisal activity methodology are held monthly to prepare 25 peoples for exams," Ismayilov said.
According to him, in June specialists have undergone training on methodology of comparative approach of appraisal, in July - on the methodology of expenditure approach and courses on the methodology of income approach of appraisal will be held in August.
At present, Azerbaijan certified in total seven local appraisers who have passed examinations on the first and second stage of certification. None of participants has passed the third exam for certification of appraisal activity.
