National Depository Center of Azerbaijan has established direct electronic access to depository accounting services of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of the country, said the NDC.
Mortgage Fund, using this access, will have an opportunity for online monitoring of the changing list of owners of bonds issued by the Fund, and providing timely interest payments.
NDC plans in the near future to provide similar services to other institutional users.
