Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents Chairman Ramiz Hasanov approved a state standard "Rules of the inspector's supervision" AZS 454-2010, the state committee reported.
The committee's legislative and legal review department developed the standard.
This standard is applied in the course of the inspector's supervision of the stability of product quality, certified by the National Certification System AZS, and the state of its production.
The inspector's supervision is carried out to determine whether the certified products will further meet the requirements and the certificate holder will comply with the rules of using conformity mark.
The inspector's oversight of certified products is carried out by the authority which issued the conformity certificate. Representatives of the state supervision departments and other governing bodies under the State Committee may be involved in it in case of necessity.
The result of the inspection can be the basis for a decision on the maintenance in force, suspension or cancel of the permit for use of the conformity certificate and the conformity mark issued by the certification body.
