In January-September 2010 the State Committee on Property Management of Azerbaijan held about 130 monitoring to study the situation with the conservation and efficient use of public facilities, as well as the correct calculation and payment of dividends to the Public budget, the State Committee reported on Thursday.
The monitoring was conducted in 70 joint stock companies, 54 factories and offices that are subdivisions of four joint-stock companies, 24 companies under management, and facilities, nine construction sites in four joint ventures.
Also, the State Committee conducted monitoring in 70 kindergartens and nurseries to verify compliance with sale-purchase contract terms and preservation of activity profile at these facilities after privatization.
