International Finance Corporation's (IFC) Eastern Europe and Central Asia Department Director Snezana Stoiljkovic has positively assessed the reforms held in Georgia.
She added that the country has improved doing business and the government actively supports small- and medium-sized businesses at a press conference on the results of a recent international conference on improving the business environment in Tbilisi.
These measures have contributed to the inflow of $500 million in foreign investments and the implementation of 35 major projects, Stoiljkovic said.
"We are cooperating with the Georgian government in terms of business development and we hope to achieve positive results," she stressed.
