Heavy rains and the flooded Aragvi River caused problems in the Georgian Water and Power's central compound that have led to water provision problems in Tbilisi.
The company said the situation worsened in the Aragvi Gorge yesterday. The water supply was severely disrupted.
Low water pressure in some Tbilisi regions is being observed and some districts are not supplied with water at all.
Georgian Water and Power is taking measures to solve the problems.
The company's technical personnel and special techniques are being mobilized in the gorge.
Work is underway to resolve the issue.
