The Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation Azpromo and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies have discussed cooperation.
According to the information, Azerbaijan was represented by Azpromo President Adil Mammadov at the WAIPA annual investment conference in Geneva on Sept. 5-6.
Over 300 representatives of the heads of the agencies, public and private bodies attended the conference.
The WAIPA was established in 1995 and registered in Geneva. It includes about 245 national investment agencies from 161 countries.
The WAIPA provides agencies with the opportunity to share best practice to discuss urgent issues of attracting the investments.
