Kazakh, Russian defense enterprises to implement joint projects

Kazakh defense enterprise Kazakhstan Engineering and Russian delegation headed by Deputy Director of Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Konstantin Biryulin discussed joint inter-country projects, Kazakhstan Engineering reported.
Joint projects of Kazakhstan Engineering and the leading Russian industrial holdings are underway recently, the official statement said.
Kazakhstan Engineering and Russian Helicopters Co are processing a project on helicopters' assembly, as well as carrying out technical maintenance and equipment service in Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan Engineering and Russian Machines Co are planning to implement a project on assembly of Ural and Tiger cars in Kazakhstan.
Some companies affiliated to Kazakhstan Engineering also took part in the negotiation.
Kazakh National Company Kazakhstan Engineering is administered by the Kazakh Defense Ministry. In total, the company unites 24 enterprises located in different regions of the country.
The Company's mission is to provide strategic state interests in the development of the defense industry, manufacturing high-quality military-industrial products and services to the Defense Department and other law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan.
