Azerbaijan and Ukraine have to rely on industrial cooperation, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Viktor Maiko told reporters in Baku.
"We need to expand the co-production, in particular, to rely on the placement of Ukrainian enterprises on the territory of Azerbaijan. We can consider the production of small aircraft for agriculture here in Azerbaijan. If the demand of Azerbaijan of 30 such aircraft a year, why can not we organize the production of these aircrafts, together with partners in Azerbaijan," Maiko said.
There is a possibility to establish a joint production of agricultural machinery and equipment.
"In addition, oil and gas sector of Azerbaijan need welding equipment, we can produce the equipment here. There are programs in agriculture, there are many spheres for co-production," Maiko said.
