Iran's average diesel oil consumption stood at 100.485 million litres per day in the week to June 14, the Tasnim News Agency reported.
On June 9, 118.1 million litres were consumed and June 14 it was 80.9 million litres recording the highest and lowest rates of diesel oil consumption in the week.
The country's diesel oil consumption was 98.857 million litres in the preceding week.
On average some 92 litres of diesel oil were consumed daily in the previous calendar year which ended on March 20. The amount is 4.2 per cent more than the preceding year.
