Kazakhstan's JSC "Eurasian Trade System" Commodity Exchange (ETS Commodity Exchange) signed memorandums of mutual cooperation with the largest Kazakh and international transport and logistics companies “Astyk Trans” and the “Transport Service Center” to provide a set of specialized services for the transportation of Kazakh agricultural products abroad, the company reported.

Under the agreements, the transportation and logistics companies will provide the Kazakh and foreign clients of the ETS Export Center with support on issues such as advising and providing recommendations on transportation and logistics, calculation of tariffs for freight forwarding services for brokers-members of the Commodity exchange, issue of transportation documents for the route, registration and payment of freight charges; information of customers about the location of the cargo and other services in accordance with the transportation of export goods of Kazakh agricultural producers.

The largest operator of grain wagons “Astyk Trans” JSC transported 544,000 tons of grain in October this year, or 63 percent of all the shipments. The company manages 55 percent of all the existing grain wagons in Kazakhstan, or 5 ,100 wagons from the total number (9,200 units) of the grain storage fleet actually operating in October, which are used for the transportation of Kazakh grain.

The “Center for Transport Services" JSC operates on the railway transportation market of Kazakhstan for twelve years and renders a wide range of freight forwarding services in the territory of Kazakhstan, China, CIS countries, Baltic, East Asia according to the "door-to-door" scheme, operates rolling stock, transit declarations at the butt stations of “NC" KTZh" JSC and other services.

"Eurasian Trade System" Commodity Exchange (ETS Commodity Exchange) JSC was established in 2008. The ETS Commodity Exchange is focused on spot trading in exchange commodities. Bidding participants - Kazakhstan and international exchange brokers, dealers. The exchange was established to improve the mechanism of state regulation in the field of domestic and foreign trade, to improve transparency of trade operations, to develop an organized wholesale market in the country by eliminating intermediary links.
