Hamkorbank JSCB offers entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan loan products from financial institutions and credit lines of foreign banks, the Uzbek bank's press service said on Sept. 21.
These offers are presented in accordance with the decrees of the president of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers, according to which commercial banks of the country should conduct work on realization of the funds of international financial institutions and organizations.
Entrepreneurs are offered credit lines from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Dutch investment organization Triple Jump, the Swiss investment company Blue Orchard, and the International Development Association.
Funds under the EBRD's credit line of up to $1 million are provided for development of small businesses for a period of 18 months for working capital and 32 months for investment purposes.
The loan amount by ADB is up to $300,000 in soum equivalent for a period of 18 months for working capital and 60 months for investment purposes.
All loans have grace periods for the repayment of funds.
