The largest Azerbaijani construction company AzVIRT plans to launch the second major road project in Serbia, the company's representative Gulumsar Orujova told Trend.
She noted that the parties are currently negotiating on the new project entitled as BYPASS.
“The project provides for the construction of roads and associated road infrastructure in Serbia,” Orujova said.
The leading expert noted that AzVIRT implemented the first project in Serbia on the basis of a loan agreement signed in February 2012 between the governments of Azerbaijan and Serbia.
Orujova said the company acted as a general contractor in the project and promptly completed work at a high professional level.
The AzVIRT company is one of the well-known road construction contractors in Azerbaijan and it is engaged in the construction of roads, runways, airports.
In addition to the construction and design of roads and large facilities, the company is also engaged in the production of building materials.
