There are no any other metals as perspective as copper, Adviser of CEO & Investment Manager at National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (NICICO) and Chief Business Development Officer at Calcimin Co. Behrouz Rahmati said.
He mentioned that the average price of copper in the last 12 years was about $6,800 per ton and despite economic crises, copper has shown very little downturn in terms of price.
"Unfortunately, most of the large companies in the Iranian stock market do not take transparent steps to attract investments in the mining sector and to present their unique potential. This leads to a decrease in the interest of investors to this area," Rahmati said.
