Chinese company Xi’an Beilin Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, which produces a wide range of medicines, may supply various medicines used in ophthalmology, gynecology and pediatrics to Azerbaijan, a source in the company told Trend on Sept. 21.
“The annual output of this company is 1 billion yuan ($141 million),” the source said. "The company has passed the new version of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification and ISO 9001 quality management, environmental management and is a high-tech pharmaceutical company.”
“The modern GMP base has eight production lines that produce tablets, capsules, granules, powders and pills,” the source said. “We hope to find buyers in the Azerbaijani market and ready to render the Chinese medicines delivery services."
The company has a nearly 50-year history and specializes in the production, sale of patented medicines.
