The overall production of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in Azerbaijan totaled 472.8 million manats ($278.1 million) from January through July 2020, which is 5.5 percent increase in comparison to the same period of 2019, Trend reports with reference to the report of the State Statistics Committee.
During the reporting period, a growth of 27.6 percent was recorded in the manufacturing of tobacco products, while the production of alcoholic beverages saw a decline of seven percent.
