Kazakhstan’s largest gas supply company reports annual decrease in revenues

The revenue of Kazakhstan’s largest gas supply company, KazTransGas Aimak JSC has amounted to 4.1 billion tenge ($9.6 million) in 2020, which indicates a decrease compared to 6.3 billion tenge ($14.8 million) in 2019, Trend reports citing the company’s financial statement.

The company’s fixed capital decreased from 173.4 billion tenge ($405.7 million) in 2019 to 162.9 billion tenge ($381.2 million) in 2020.

The company’s gross assets equaled 359.03 billion tenge or $840.07 million in 2020 (362.6 billion tenge or $848.6 million in 2019), whereas the company’s gross liabilities stood at 196.07 billion tenge or $458.7 million (189.2 billion tenge or $442.8 million).

Furthermore, the company’s gross income increased to 18.5 billion tenge ($43.4 million) in 2020 compared to 17.6 billion tenge ($41.3 million) in 2019.

The balance value of the company’s ordinary shares also equaled 2,361 tenge ($5.5) in 2020, which is slightly down compared to 2,520 tenge ($5.8) in 2019.

KazTransGaz Aimak JSC is the largest natural gas supplying, distribution and operating company presented in 11 regions and Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent cities in Kazakhstan.
