The value of gold exports from Azerbaijan amounted to $87.4 million from January through May 2021, which is 35.1 percent more compared to the same period of 2020, Trend reports citing the monthly export review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) of Azerbaijan.
In May 2021, Azerbaijan exported gold worth $22.8 million, which is 8.6 percent more compared to May 2020, the report said.
Reportedly, in the first 5 months of 2021, Azerbaijan's total exports amounted to $8 billion, including non-oil products - $907.6 million.
