More than $38 million worth of foreign investments were attracted in the Razavi Khorasan Province (north-eastern Iran) during first 6 months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2021), Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of the Razavi Khorasan Province Javad Khazaei said, Trend reports citing organization.
According to Khazaei, these investments will be made in various economic sectors of the province under 51 projects.
The chairman added that about $26 million worth of foreign investments, which accounts for 67 percent of total foreign investments in the province, were attracted into the industrial and mining sectors of Razavi Khorasan Province. The investments will be made into 32 projects.
“The remaining foreign investments will be in agriculture, transport, tourism and construction sectors of the province,” he said.
