TEHRAN, Iran, June 25. Iran can increase agricultural products' export to Russia during summer, said Vice President of Iran Fruit Union Sadrodin Niyavarani, Trend reports citing ILNA.
"Iran's fruit export covers three percent of the Russian fruit market. The Agriculture Ministry and Ministry of Industries, Mine and Trade should develop a plan to increae the figure and boost export of fresh agricultural products to Russia," he said.
He pointed out that Iran's major vegetable exports to Russia include eggplant, zucchini, and bell pepper and the country can export flowers to Russia if it can provide air transportation.
