Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / Nusrat Ibrahimov, the executive director of the Public 'Participants of real estate market' organization, has stated that realtors decreased prices in real estate by 10% for supporting activity in the Baku real estate market on property purchase and sale.
According to Ibrahimov, prices decrease when clients want to purchase property.
According to Ibrahimov, realtors hold such measures to improve the passivity of markets which has lasted for the three years. Therefore, the Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund suspended financing loans.
Ibrahimov noted that similar processes occur almost in all categories of the real estate market, excluding apartments, based in the center of Baku, which are for the richer members public.
There was no decrease in prices in the real state market in Baku in June.
