Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of "AtaHolding" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 10,000,000 AZN, face value per stock 2 AZN. According to the prospectus, the issue will be held by public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"Ata Bank" OJSC will be the underwriter of the stocks.
Those wishing to purchase stocks may apply to any organization which is a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC holding a brokerage license.
