Onshore JVs and Operating Companies Decrease Oil Production in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Aliyev / From January-October joint ventures and operating companies working in the onshore fields of Azerbaijan produced nearly 991,000t of oil, a decrease of 1.2% from the same period of last year, a source at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan stated. In October joint ventures and operating companies produced 105,000t of oil.

The largest volume of oil production came from the operating company Salyan Oil which is developing the contractual site "Kursang-Garabagli" producing 262,100t of oil.

The smallest amount of oil production came from Kura Valley Company at only 1000t.
