Turkmenistan delivers over 140,000 tons of oil products at stock exchange auctions

Today Turkmenistan auctioned more than 140,000 tons of oil products at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange. These oil products were produced at a refinery in Turkmenbashi, a refinery in Seidi and a gas processing complex in Nayip.

Liquefied gas - 32,500 tons, diesel fuel - 10,000 tons, petrol A-92 - 50,000 tons, petrol A-80 - 40,000 tons, straight-run petrol - 20,000 tons, fuel oil - 30,000 tons were exhibited on the Stock Exchange today since shipping from different directions.

Last week about 34 transactions were registered at the auction of the national stock exchange. The total amount of contracts for foreign exchange exceeded $80 million. Oil products were sold. Companies from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, UAE, Switzerland and the Virgin Islands bought liquefied gas, jet fuel, low-sulfur heating oil, diesel fuel.

Commodity Exchange serves as the principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
