Turkmenistan is able to provide all existing and planned export routes with long-term natural gas supplies, local media reported.

As it is known, Turkmenistan exported its natural gas to China, Iran and Russia in 2010. According to some estimates, total sale may hit about 25-30 billion cubic meters. The new planned projects of Turkmen gas export include the additional gas pipeline to Russia (the Caspian - through Kazakhstan), to Europe (Nabucco - through the Caspian Sea via Azerbaijan) and India (Trans-Afghanistan via Pakistan).

Turkmenistan ranks fourth on gas reserves in the world after Russia, Iran and Qatar. The largest field South Yoloten Osman is located on the east. It has resources assessed by local geologists to the amount of 22 trillion cubic meters.

"Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper reported that the key to all of these supplies is a powerful resource base.

The operations on the further exploration are underway in such high-prospective sites as Yashlar, Minara, West Yandakli, Doliguyi, Egritegenli, Gazanli, Shabasan, Garakel and others, the State News Service said.

Turkmengeologiya rapidly drills exploratory wells. It also conducts seismic surveys by modern and highly effective method of 3D.

At present, the area of the field has a length of about 105 kilometers, width - 32 kilometers.

Yoloten is an example of accelerated commissioning of proven reserves. Turkmengaz and foreign companies from China, Korea and UAE have been implementing the project, totaling approximately $ 10 billion since December 2009.

The operations were conducted to create the infrastructure with capacity of 30 billion cubic meters of gas a year.

Changing Engineering Company LTD, Gulf Oil and Gas FSE deal with project documentation for construction of underground facilities, development of wells and their drilling, rig mobilization, site preparation for drilling.

Discovering gas and gas condensate fields all over the country testifies the effective operations. So, new fields Agarguyi, North Gazlidepe, South Gutliyak, Geyazli in Akhal province, Minara in Mary Province were discovered in Lebap region.

Industrial gas influx was also received within the explored deposits. It ensures the growth of industrial stocks. This was achieved in the fields of North Nayip, Bagaja, Chartak in Lebap province, Garajaovlak - in Akhal province, Garadurun and Ajiyap - in Balkan province, Yashlar - in Mary Province.

Turkmen specialists have been operating in the deposits Gurrukbil-Garabil in Mary Province since 2009. It will be possible to increase the volume of oil production up to 4 billion cubic meters a year.

The gas pipeline Zeakli-Derveze-KS Yilanli, located in the Karakum Desert, was commissioned last October.
