The average price on Euro- Super 95 petrol hit 1,418 euro per 1,000 liters in 27 EU countries last week (Aug.22-29). The price is 66 euro less the average for the previous week.
The official website of the European Commission posted the statistical data on gasoline prices.
The highest price - 1,668 euro per 1,000 liters - was observed in Greece. The lowest price was 1,177 euro per 1,000 liters in Bulgaria.
The Netherlands took second place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95. The price hit 1,628 euro per 1,000 liters.
Denmark took third place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,616 euro per 1,000 liters.
Italy took fourth place. The price hit 1,558 euro per 1,000 liters here.
Finland took fifth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,557 euro per 1,000 liters.
Sweden took sixth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,545 euro per 1,000 liters.
The price hit 1,537 euro per 1,000 liters in Portugal.
