BP has completed all scheduled work on the platform of Shah Deniz gas-condensate field and prepares to open wells, the company told Trend on Wednesday.

On Feb.7, Azerbaijan suspended gas supply to Georgia and Turkey via the South Caucasus gas pipeline due to technical problems on a platform.

Reserves of Shah Deniz field are estimated at 1.2 trillion cubic meters of gas.
