Oil processing in Kazakhstan hit 3.511 million tons in January-March, 2013 compared to 3.629 million tons during the same period of 2012, the national dispatch center of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told Trend.
In March, 2013 oil processing in Kazakhstan amounted to 1.219 million tons which was 9.7 percent more than in the previous month and 1.5 percent more than in March, 2012.
In March, 2013 the production of oil products in Kazakhstan amounted to 1.588 million tons, which was 12.6 percent more than in the previous month, and 4.1 percent more than in March, 2012.
The production of motor gasoline in the country amounted to 225,600 tons in March, 2013, the production of diesel oil - to 357,000 tons, aviation kerosene - to 31,000 tons, and black oil - to 336,400 tons.
