American Epsilon Development company increases the production of natural gas in Uzbekistan and expands the local gas pipeline infrastructure, Trend reports via Uzbek media.

Over the last week of March, the company received an industrial flow of natural gas at once in three fields - Chigil (well # 2), Khujum (well # 2) and Shimoliy Girsan (well # 6) of the Kultak-Kamachinsky investment block. After a well overhaul, the average daily flow rate became 200,000-250,000 cubic meters of natural gas from each well.

Earlier it was reported that in early March 2019, the company received an industrial flow of gas from two wells of the Talimarzhan field. Thus, it is expected that from April 6, 2019, the total volume of hydrocarbons produced by the company will be 1-1.25 million cubic meters per day.

Considering that, Epsilon is expanding the local gas pipeline infrastructure at an accelerated pace by building additional pipelines. Previously produced gas was sent to the domestic market.

Moreover, Epsilon continues exploration work on the Kultak-Kamyshin block and is developing the Shimoly Girsan, Tolimamarzhon, Devkhona, Chigil, Nazar-Khuduk, Ernazar and Khujum deposits.

Work has been carried out at 12 production and exploration wells since February 2019. During this period, 465 workers and engineering and technical personnel were employed in the company's fields.
