Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR plans to transport 85,000 tons of oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline in August, the company told Trend.

SOCAR resumed oil transportation via the Baku-Novorossiysk on July 17 and has transported around 85,000 tons since then.

Filling the pipeline with oil started in October of 1996. Maximum throughput capacity of the pipeline is 105,000 barrels a day.
