Some 113,963 tons of oil have been extracted and sent for processing from the Turkmen Shatut, Kerem and Altyguy fields since the beginning of this year, Trend reports with reference to Nebit-Gaz electronic newspaper.
The above-mentioned work was carried out in the oil and gas Gamyshlyja Nebit department of the of Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit State Concern.
Last year, the concern produced more than 3.8 million tons of crude oil, of which more than 3.7 million tons were delivered to oil refineries.
The plan for oil refining in Turkmenistan was exceeded by 0.5 percent from January through February 2021.
During the reporting period, the plan for the production of gasoline was exceeded by 5.9 percent, diesel fuel - by 2.3 percent, polypropylene - by 3.3 percent.
Also, the plan for the production of lubricating oils was exceeded by 4.6 percent, natural and associated gas production – by 10.2 percent gas exports – by 8.5 percent investment development – by 18.8 percent.
