Major repairs are being completed at one of the major branches of Turkmenabat city's oil products company in Turkmenistan, Trend reports, citing the electronic newspaper Nebit-Gaz.
Currently, the branch is undergoing repairs to auxiliary and production buildings and the installation of vertical tanks for storing lubricating oils and fuel.
According to the plan, the branch is building 10 tanks with a total volume of 10.4 cubic meters. To date, the main part of the work has been completed.
Thus, the branch has a powerful tank farm for the storage and supply of petroleum products.
Turkmenistan exceeded the plan for the field's oil and gas condensate production and plan for oil refining from January through May 2021.
During the reporting period, the plan for the production of gasoline was exceeded by 12.8 percent, diesel fuel by 0.3 percent, polypropylene - by 18.8 percent, liquefied gas – by 15.5 percent, natural and associated gas production - by 16 percent.
Meanwhile, the plan for gas exports was exceeded by 23.7 percent in the specified period and the development of investments in this sector – by 17.7 percent from January through May 2021.
