Liquids output in Kazakhstan declined slightly by 23,000 barrels a day to average of 1.99 million barrels a day in January, Trend reports citing the OPEC Monthly Oil Market Report (MOMR) for March 2022.
The report said that Kazakhstan crude production declined by 37,000 barrels a day m-o-m in January to average 1.6 million barrels a day, following the highest output reached since April 2020 in December 2021.
Production of NGLs inched up by 14,000 barrels a day month-on-month in January to average 0.39 million barrels a day.
Kazakhstan’s liquids supply forecast for 2021 is estimated to have averaged 1.84 million barrels a day, higher by 0.01 million barrels a day year-on-year, while for 2022, liquids supply is forecast to grow by 0.15 million barrels a day to average 1.99 million barrels a day.
