BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 26. The production volume of gasoil grew in Kazakhstan from January through July 2022, Trend reports via the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan.

According to the bureau, this figure amounted to 3.1 million tons, up by 9.9 percent on annual basis.

In July this year, Kazakhstan produced 413,666 tons of gasoil, which is 13.9 percent less than in July 2021, and 12.9 percent less in monthly terms.

During the reporting month, the country imported 337.8 tons (a decrease of almost two times year on year), and in the first seven months – 23,629 tons of gasoil (a reduction of 73.6 percent).

Besides, according to the bureau, Kazakhstan exported 13,296 tons of gasoil in July 2022, which is 2.8 times more than in the same month of 2021, and growth of 5.6 percent compared to June 2022.

From January through July this year, 50,069 tons of gasoil were exported by Kazakhstan (75.3 percent less on annual basis).

In July 2022, the volume of gasoil sales in the country’s domestic market decreased by 16.4 percent year on year, and by 13.4 percent compared to June 2022, amounting to 400,708 tons.

During the first seven months, the gasoil sale on the domestic market increased by 13.5 percent compared to the same period of 2021, equaling 3.08 million tons.
