BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 27. Azerbaijan imported 777.12 tons of RON-98 fuel worth $869,610 from January through July 2022, Trend reports citing the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, this figure was 31.7 percent less in value terms and 50.03 percent less in quantitative terms compared to the same period of 2021.
In the reporting period, 482.27 tons of the product were imported from Belarus, up by 2.03 times against the same period of 2021 (237.45 tons) in the amount of $528,400 (2.68 times higher than the same period last year - $196,460).
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan imported 294.85 tons of gasoline from Romania (a decrease of 77.8 percent) in the amount of $341,210 (a decrease by 68.3 percent year on year).
