BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. More than 3.3 billion cubic meters of gas were transported to Türkiye via the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP) from January through July 2023, Trend reports.
Azerbaijan exported natural gas to Europe (6.6 billion cubic meters), Türkiye (5.8 billion cubic meters) and Georgia (1.4 billion cubic meters).
Since the commissioning of TANAP and TAP, over 20 billion cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas have been delivered to Türkiye, the volume of gas supplied to Europe exceeded 25 billion cubic meters.
During the first half of 2023, Azerbaijan exported natural gas to Europe (5.7 billion cubic meters), Türkiye (5 billion cubic meters), and Georgia (1.3 billion cubic meters).
Notably, a significant portion of the Türkiye-bound gas, amounting to 2.8 billion cubic meters, was transported via the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP).
