1.1mln m3 of gas is passed from Chirag-1 platform to Azerbaijan today. It is pumped to Neft Dashlari and further ashore, Trend reports with reference to Azeri Ministry of Industry and Energy.
BР already decided on gas utilization at Chirag field and suspended flaring. Prior to such a decision, Azerbaijan received 2.7mln m3 of gas a day from the field. Now the whole gas is transferred to Azeri for injection. Nearly 6mln m3 of gas a day is injected in formation.
This year formation pressure maintenance program under ACG envisages injecting 1.6bn m3 of gas.
At present Azeri party is passed nearly 5mln m3 of gas a day from Sangachal terminal.
