A change has been injected in the agreement between the Georgian government and Р'РўРЎ Co pipeline company, Trend special correspondent in Tbilisi reports citing the Georgian Finance Minister Alexsi Aleksishvili, as stating to a briefing after a meeting of the government.
The change concerns a request on opening of special accounts for issue of grants, while the existing unified treasury model in Georgia requires the transference of the sum to the treasury account.
It is dealt with $40m, which will be spent on financing social program, education and health of Georgia. Georgia has already received the first tranche of $9m.
Georgia will receive the next tranche in the amount of $16m. The entire sum will be remitted to Georgia by the end of 2010.
