Foreign companies are continuing to take an interest in developing Azerbaijani offshore and onshore oil and gas structures, Trend reports with reference to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
According to the representative of the SOCAR, presently consultations are being held with the international companies.
Particularly, the companies such as Total, BP and LUKoil take an interest in developing the perspective structures Umid and Babek.
Several companies are interested in onshore blocks. These companies include National Oil Companies of Poland, Ukraine, South Korea and other countries, the same source said.
