Automation of processes is a priority for the Azerbaijani insurance market, and its participants have already taken significant steps in this direction, Elmar Mirsalayev, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA), said, Trend reports.
Mirsalayev made the statement during a meeting with representatives of the Republican Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
Currently, in Azerbaijan, as well as throughout the world, many spheres, sectors and segments have accelerated the processes of electronization in accordance with modern challenges, and one of the main tasks facing the insurance market is the electronization of the processes of interaction with organizations, with which insurers regularly exchange information.
“As an example, I can note that the processes of mutual document circulation with the National Hydrometeorological Service have already been automated. As the next stage, we are in favor of the appropriate automation of document flow with the Republican Seismic Survey Center,” noted Mirsalayev.
In turn, General Director of the Republican Seismic Survey Center, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli highly appreciated the proposal for the electronicization of document flow and information exchange between the two structures, emphasizing that every opportunity will be used to achieve positive results in this direction.
According to the agreement reached between the two structures, it was decided to create a working group from representatives of both parties in connection with the electronicization of the process of paperwork.
