The biggest volume of transactions carried out at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) from January through August 2021 accounted for the PASHA Capital investment company, Trend reports citing the statistics of the BSE.
During the reporting period, 50.2 percent of all exchange transactions were carried out with the participation of PASHA Capital (over 8.8 billion manat or $5.1 billion).
More than 20 percent of all transactions (3.56 billion manat or $2 billion) accounted for the Unicapital investment company.
Over 10 percent of all transactions on the exchange (1.9 billion manat or $1.1 billion) accounted for VTB Capital while 6.9 percent (about 1.22 billion manat or $720 million) accounted for AzFinance investment company.
In total, the operations of other investment companies amounted to slightly over 2 billion manat ($1.2 billion) and their total share in the total volume of operations - 11.8 percent.
