Customers of Kapital Bank still apply for certain services to banks, so in order to facilitate the process of transactions, we will try to provide emerging updates through our mobile application, Daily Banking Tribe Leader at Kapital Bank OJSC Zakir Khanmammadov told Trend.
"We will do our best so that our clients can use digital banking services without visiting the bank. We have new products all the time, and we're working in line with the interests of our clients," he said.
Khanmammadov noted that today banks do not stop developing, and competition is intensifying every day.
"Of course, we will continue to work on existing products and introduce new ones to easily compete with those entering a new market. We are working on pilot versions of products. Most likely, our new products will be released in the first quarter of 2022," Khanmammadov said.
