BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 14. The net profit of the Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund in 2021 amounted to 14.046 million manat ($8.26 million), Trend reports citing the financial report of the Fund.
According to report, the Fund's interest income in 2021 amounted to 56.25 million manat ($33.107 million), while other income totaled 1.058 million manat ($622,715).
Its interest expenses for 2021 made up 28.55 million manat ($16.8 million), expected credit losses – 5.479 million manat ($3.2 million), administrative expenses – 4.459 million manat ($2.6 million), staff costs – 5.178 million manat ($3.047 million).
According to the reporting period, the Fund's assets amounted to 2.012 billion manat ($1.18 billion), up by 13.16 percent compared to 2020. Meanwhile, its capital rose by 9.83 percent, up to 900.664 million manats, and liabilities – by 16.01 percent, up to 1.1 billion manat ($653.9 million).
