BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 20. The International Bank of Azerbaijan completed the second quarter of 2022 with a net profit of 118.4 million manat ($69.6 million), Trend reports citing the bank’s financial report.
According to the bank’s report, its net interest income amounted to 218.1 million manat ($128.2 million). Net interest income was formed by interest income of 253.8 million manat or $149.2 million (growth of 17.8 percent) and interest expenses of 35.6 million manat ($20.9 million).
The non-interest income of the International Bank of Azerbaijan amounted to 81.6 million manat ($48 million). The bank’s non-interest expenditures reached 124.8 million manat or $73.4 million as of June 30, 2022.
Profit before tax and unforeseen expenses related to banking activities amounted to 139.6 million manat ($82.1 million), profit tax payments – 21.2 million manat ($12.4 million).
