BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. The share distribution of shareholders of International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC has undergone changes, Trend reports citing the bank's report.
The share of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Finance has risen to 92.56 percent, while the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy increased its share from 3.76 percent to 3.81 percent.
The percentage of other legal entities and individuals declined from 4.61 percent to 3.4 percent, whereas the remaining 0.23 percent of IBA shares came from the AgrarCredit CJSC non-banking credit organization (NBCO).
International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC was established in 1992. The bank's authorized capital accounts for 1.225 billion manat ($720.6 million).
