BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 26. The total liabilities of Azerbaijan’s Bank of Baku increased by 34.31 percent as of September 30, 2022, compared to the same period the previous year, Trend reports via the bank's balance sheet.

According to the report, this figure increased by 137.3 million manat ($80.7 million), up to 537.6 million manat ($316.2 million).

A significant share (61.16 percent) in the structure of liabilities was made by deposits, which increased by 38.32 percent over the year - up to 328.8 million manat ($193.4 billion). At the same time, the share of deposits of legal entities in the structure of the bank's deposits amounted to 9.72 percent. Deposits of legal entities in the structure of the bank's liabilities increased by 23.19 percent and amounted to 31.9 billion manat ($18.7 billion).

The share of deposits of individuals in the structure of liabilities of the Bank of Baku amounted to 90.28 percent. Deposits of legal entities increased by 40.18 percent over the year - up to 296.9 million manat ($174.6 million).

Bank's liabilities to credit organizations and other financial institutions reached 105 million manat ($61.7 million).

Bank's liabilities to Azerbaijan’s Central Bank (CBA) decreased by 25 percent and amounted to 63.9 million manat ($37.5 million), and other liabilities increased up to 12.7 million manat ($7.4 million).

The share capital of the Bank of Baku amounted to 52.8 million manat ($31 million) as of September 30, 2022, unchanged over the year.

Capital reserves of the bank amounted to 8.5 million manat ($5 million), having increased by 5.95 percent over the year. The undistributed profit of the bank amounted to 55.05 million manat ($32.3 million).

Bank of Baku's total capital in 3Q2022 amounted to 116.4 million manat ($68.4 million).
