Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 August / corr. Trend S.Babayeva / The Azerbaijani State Radio Frequency Department (SRFD) inspected equipments at 216 enterprises and organizations, the SRFD said.
A total of 10,106 different unregistered electro radio sets were found as a result of inspection. A total of 482 units were registered, 87 units were sealed and work is done to register 9,537 units.
The State Radio Frequency Department was established at the Baku organization of 'Radiotelephone Technical Control Station' (began its activity in as a group) and has been formed since 1970.
The State Radio Frequency Department is engaged in distribution, exploitation and control of frequency communications at all enterprises, organizations and the state bodies in the territory of the country.
