Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 August / Trend / On 18 August 2008, Azercell Telecom LLC has put into operation the international roaming service with Nepal's Spice Nepal Private Limited operator. We should recall that this is the first ever roaming agreement with Nepal.
So far, Azercell Telecom LLC has signed up 352 roaming agreements with mobile communication operators from 142 countries of the world.
