Revenues of the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry increased 11 percent to 92.6 million manat in January-May 2009, compared to the mentioned period of 2008.
The Ministry enterprises offered to the population communications services in the sum of 39.4 million manat, which was more by 14 percent compared to January-May 2008.
Over five months, revenues of Aztelecom company hit 47.9 million manat, Baktelecom - 17.4 million manat and Azerpocht - 7.1 million manat.
In 2008, state revenues from communications and IT reached 195.2 million manat, while the figure was 158.2 million manat in 2007.
