Symantec Company started to move in the Azerbaijani market of security systems, the extended version of a package of remedies for small and medium-sized businesses Symantec Protection Suite (SPS) Advanced Business Edition, Symantec PR-manager Natalia Raikova told Trend.
Raikova said the company launched deliveries to the Azerbaijani market simultaneously with the other CIS countries and the product is now available for order through the Symantec partners in Azerbaijan. The company also reduced the price of SPS Small Business Edition version for small businesses by 40 percent.
The SPS Advanced Business Edition extended version was added backup and disaster recovery of servers, data loss prevention technology to control the movement of sensitive information, protect against spam at the gateway level, as well as Web-based console with a single sign-on for advanced management from a single point of entry.
Manufacturer's suggested retail price for the protection of one desktop computer or server with a minimum purchase (five licenses) SPS Small Business Edition cost about $ 30, price of each license will be even lower in a larger purchase or upgrade or migrate from competitive solutions.
Regarding the possibility of the appearance of packaged versions of Symantec antivirus solutions in Azerbaijan, Raikova said the company stands for e-circuit sales.
